Ingredients
Go organic! Makes one serving.
½ cup full-fat premium coconut milk, chilled if possible
½ an avocado
2 tsp raw honey
1 tsp lime zest
1 tsp hemp hearts
Small pinch of sea salt
A couple of large basil leaves – optional, adds another subtle layer of flavour
½ cup of filtered water, or more to thin out to desired consistency
