A simple, nothin’-but-whole-foods, ultra-creamy treat.
Raspberries are sky-high in vitamin C, manganese and fibre, plus they harbour loads of anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. They also contain the phytonutrient ‘rheosmin’ (aka raspberry ketone) which is reported to increase fat cell metabolism helping to decrease the risk of weight gain and ‘fatty liver’ disease.
Raw coconut meat and avocado are the best smoothie thickeners around so why not add ’em both. While those raspberries are helping to dissolve any bad fats, a diversity of healthy fats does the body good.

Ingredients – Go Organic!
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup of raw fresh or frozen coconut meat
- 1/3 an avocado
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup of filtered water or unsweetened milk of your choice
Blend until smooth and enjoy this berry delicious creation.
