The tea chosen for this week's concoction is infused with bamboo, which according to the belief of Ayurveda has cooling properties. Stir it up with any and every type of fruit you’ve got on hand to create the perfect labour day weekend cocktail.
There’s no telling how healthy this sipper will be, it all depends on what fruit you like and what you’ve got on hand. We bet you’ll at least walk away with a good dose of vitamin C and satisfied like a lazy panda on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
Get creative, but stay organic!
1. Brew your tea and put it on ice.
2. Slice, chop or muddle your fruit.
3. Combine the tea, fruit, and spike of your choice.
4. Serve over ice and enjoy!
