Not far off from a lassi, this week's blend pairs two summery fruits with hints of ginger and a dose of green.
Strawberries are in-season right now in parts of Canada so you may be able to get 'em fresh and ruby red. The redder they are, the riper and tastier they are – and full of folate, vitamin C, antioxidants and other phytonutrients.

Ingredients

3/4 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
1 inch chunk of fresh ginger
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
3 large romaine leaves
1 heaping Tbsp plain yogurt (plant-based if you choose)
1 tsp unpasteurized honey (optional)
1 cup filtered water, or as desired
