Kale & spinach are the powerhouses of the green-world and also easy to find. Plus, their neutral taste doesn't mask the berry flavours. Let's face it, it's all about the berries.

2-3 leaves of black/lacinato kale
small handful of spinach
5 mint leaves
juice from a quarter lemon
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 Tbsp protein powder (optional)
1 cup almond milk, or more as desired
2 tsp raw honey (optional)
